Silk blends (Chanderi, Maheshwari, modal silk): dry clean.
Cotton: gentle hand or machine wash.
Wash separately for the first few washes. Hand printed colours can bleed a little at first.
Cold water and a mild detergent. No bleach or harsh cleaners.
Short soak: 5-10 minutes at most. Swirl gently; do not scrub or wring.
Rinse until the water runs clear and dry in the shade; strong sun fades the print.
Iron on medium heat, from the reverse side for dark prints.

Can I exchange or return it?

Very close. Each piece is stamped by hand with wooden blocks, so small differences in colour and alignment are normal and no two pieces are identical. Screens can also show colours a little brighter.
