    We deliver the exact products as shown in the picture. There are no or minimum chances of receiving any wrong product. However, the colour and the size of the product may vary due to the lighting and photographic techniques. But we try our level best to deliver you what you have selected. Still, in case of unavailability of the product selected by you, we reserve the rights to deliver a similar or alternative product.

  • What are the price components?

    We calculate the price by summing up the cost of the product, prevalent taxation laws in your region, and delivery charges as per the location.

  • What is the recipient address is incorrect or the recipient is not available?

    In such case, you should inform us immediately. The recipient address can be changed when the product is under shipping process. If the order is dispatched and recipient is not available, we may ask you to provide alternative address. In such case, additional delivery charges may apply.
