Hand Block Printed Shirts for Men

A hand block printed shirt adds character to a man's wardrobe without being loud. Our shirts use fine 60x60 cotton, which is soft, light and comfortable in Indian summers.

Almost all of them are printed in Bagru designs, the earthy style of block printing from the village of Bagru near Jaipur.

Why 60x60 cotton

60x60 refers to a fine yarn count in both directions of the weave. The result is a smooth, light cotton that breathes well and feels soft from the first wear.

Caring for block printed shirts

• Wash in cold water with a mild detergent, separately for the first two or three washes.
• Do not soak for long or use bleach.
• Dry in the shade; strong sun fades hand printed colours over time.
• Iron on medium heat, from the reverse side for darker prints.

Small variations in colour and alignment are natural in hand block printing. They show the piece was made by hand, and no two are exactly the same.
